Ensuring a High Quality “Right First Time” Service

We hold ISO 9001:2015 accreditation – the world’s most recognised Quality Management System Standard and adhere to quality management procedures, methodologies, and tools. 

Advanced contract reporting

Our Client Portal provides you with real time visibility of all services delivered, including photographic evidencing of completion and standards. Three years of contract history is available at all times. 

Induction course and ongoing staff training

We provide continuous training for our people, held at our in-house Training Academy, accredited to British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards. This ensures that Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) compliance is covered when delivering our services.  

Environmental

Nexgen conform to ISO 14001:2015 standards, ensuring we adopt best practice and meet customers’ requirements through an efficient, effective environmental management system. 

Inspections

We inspect every site at least once a quarter to ensure it meets the specified contract standards. For our social housing contracts, all sites are scored and rated on the Housemark scale.  

Our inspection results are shared across the contract to ensure we continually operate in line with best practice and the information is analysed to find ways to continuously improve. We also have monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with the customer, and joint inspections with the customer are part of our process. 

Safe Contractor, Constructionline and CHAS accredited.

Our focus is adhering to the highest workplace health and safety standards and accreditations, to protect our people, our clients, and communities.  

Client feedback

We use the Net Promoter Score to measure customer experience: looking how likely are you to recommend us on a scale of 1–10? The most important question for us is how to improve that score over a month. From a quality and customer loyalty perspective, we can go back to answer any issues or customer queries at any time.
