Ensuring the Safety of Clients and Residents Around the Clock

The Just Ask Waking Watch Teams focus on Fire Safety and includes Fire Wardens, Watchmen, and Marshals. Officers are highly qualified, skilled and have a duty of care to be vigilant. They are pro-active to spot any changes which may compromise the safety of your respective sites. We conduct hourly accurate checks and safety exercises such as site-specific risk assessments, digital client access real-time monitoring and a tailored approach according to the needs of the client; this ensures both clients and tenants enjoy peace of mind.

24/7 Service

We understand the importance of ensuring the safety and welfare of our clients’ residents, visitors and employees. Waking Watch Officers, including Fire Wardens and Watchmen, play a vital role in this protective measure for commercial and residential premises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Qualified Officers

We pride ourselves on our hands-on approach and passion to provide a high-quality service tailored to our clients’ needs. Our Waking Watch Officers are experienced, professional and customer service focused, all of whom are Fire Safety Principle Level 2 Qualified and hold SIA Licenses.

Patrol Monitoring

All patrols are monitored in real time using GPS technology allowing our control room and our clients to know exactly where our officers are patrolling at any given time. During their shift, our officers also complete Fire Safety Check Lists as recommended by the NFCC which are then given to our clients.

Approved Processes

Our clients place enormous trust in us carrying out this most important of tasks. Every site at which we operate is subject to full operational and health and safety assessments by our managers who then carry out in-depth briefings with our designated Waking Watch Officers. Our services include NFCC approved evacuation procedures, silent testing and fire drills.
Our skilled team of Fire Wardens follow an ‘Active Awake Alert’ policy and are highly experienced in public-facing settings, showing consistent professionalism and trustworthiness. They are committed to making sure residents and workers feel safe in the knowledge that the integrity of their property is being maintained 24/7.

Just Ask IT System (JAITS),

Our Just Ask IT System (JAITS), plans, organises and manages all our planned and any responsive requirements to meet all fire safety and client specifications. QR codes are situated within every required area of the building and grounds (including bin stores). Operatives scan each code every time they complete a patrol, this ensures no area is missed and regular checks are being carried out. The data is then collated into a daily handover ‘Daily Occurrence Report’, straight to the client via JAITS. The report shows a breakdown of each check that took place by the hour, including any relevant photos or notes.
