We are looking to recruit a concierge to join our busy teams across London, South East and Midlands to provide a professional service to our clients.
To create a positive first impression, being of tidy personal appearance; wearing supplied uniform and identification badge, provide exceptional levels of customer service that will meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our clients and their residents.

Required Criteria and Further Details
Required Criteria:
- SIA Personal License
- 1 Years’ minimum experience required
- Live within the local area
- Happy to undertake a DBS (police record) check
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills & decision making skills
Days: 4 on 4 off rota
Hours: 12 hour shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Duties Include:
- Meet, greet and assist residents in a professional, friendly manner.
- To maintain a clean and tidy appearance of Concierge reception area at all times.
- Use the latest technology to streamline administration, allowing more time with residents.
- To anticipate, meet and exceed resident’s queries/requests through excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Co-ordinate the day to day running of the building liaising with residents and Estate Property Manager to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain standards of dress, attendance, punctuality, reliability and customer service, taking any necessary actions to achieve the highest standards of service delivery.
- Inspect on a daily basis the Cleaning Services / Grounds Maintenance in communal areas are to the correct standard.
- Inspect on daily basis internal and external areas, reporting any defects, security, complaints or health & safety concerns to Estate Property Manager.
- Ensure refuse areas are checked on a daily basis and kept clean and clear; also manage bin rotation presented to council for collection, with bins returned to their correct location.
- Manage and organise postal/courier deliveries on behalf of residents/estate and ensuring all items are recorded, stored safely and ready for collection.
- Manage and have responsibility for issuing/recording fobs/keys to correct personnel and checking appropriate authorisation/disclaimers are in place.
- Manage and liaise with contractors, signing them in/out, issuing visitor badges and communicating with residents/estate.
- Managing parking permits to car park users and allowing contractors access/egress to dedicated spaces provided.
- Collaborate with Contracts Manager, senior managers and the client to improve service delivered to residents of all tenures.
