Resident Liaison Officer

Job purpose:
To build relationships with residents, prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently.

Resident Liaison Officer Job Duties:

  • Develop, build and strengthen resident relationships, maximising satisfaction.
  • Oversee and administer resident satisfaction procedures, ensuring any queries are speedily resolved and personally reviewed for compliance.
  • Proactively educate residents and resident monitors, addressing any misunderstandings of the service specifications.
  • Manage and administer resident satisfaction surveying and monitoring, producing regular performance reports in line with and to compliment clients KPI’s.
  • Responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of resident consultation and communication and newsletters relating to improvements, ensuring residents “Love where you live”.

Skills:

  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Written/oral communication
  • I.T Literate

Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office (I.T) including Excel and word

Experience:

  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Working within a social housing environment in a customer services role
  • Supervision of staff/external contractors

Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSE`s or Equivalent
  • NQV Level 3 in Customer services or equivalent

Other requirements of the job :

  • Full valid driving licence
  • Working within a social housing environment in a customer services role
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to problem solve
