Operative/Technician

Job purpose:
Carry the accountability for the completion of daily tasks in line with the service specification.

Operative/Technician duties:

  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and/or Supervisor to deliver a flexible contract service level agreement and associated service specifications
  • Support management in  your Continual Professional Development (CPD) through the Skills Development Programme and formal qualification
  • Compliant with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental business practices
  • Ensure you receive an effective Team 5 from your Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Timely communication of issues observed on each site
  • Complete work schedules to ensure all sites are serviced in accordance with the service specification
  • Ensure you delivering and exceeding exceptional customer service

Skills/Qualifications:
Can do attitude, energetic, polite and professional, possess good written and verbal communication skills, resident focused whilst having the ability to work in a team or on your own and a basic level of IT literacy.
