Assistant Contracts Manager

Job purpose:
Assist the Contracts Manager in the effective management and supervision of the service teams, ensuring personal follow up and completion of tasks accordingly.

Assistant Contracts Manager Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to deliver a flexible contract service level agreement and associated service specifications
  • Conduct regular review of sites to ensure teams are delivering the service specifications
  • Support Continual Professional Development (CPD) of all employees through the Skills Development Programme
  • Coach, lead, direct and performance manage employees
  • Develop, build and strengthen client  and resident relationships
  • Ensure service teams are compliant with Quality business practices
  • Ensure all service teams receive and effective Team 5 each week
  • Ensure service teams are compliant with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental business practices
  • In the absence of the Contracts Manager you will be expected to deliver all aspects of the contracts manager job description

Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in Supervision of teams, energetic, confident and professional, technically proficient, strong leadership skills, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, develop and build effective working relationships with clients and residents, work and problem solve with teams, excellent change and time management capabilities, excellent problem solving skills, strong judgement and decision making skills, IT literate.
